This oolong comes the from the Rou Gui varietal, which has been around for almost a thousand years. It is a medium-heavy roasted wuyi oolong, that has a tea soup appearance of a deep amber red and the aroma of mineral, wet rock, and chocolate. The tea gets its name from the intense cinnamon and roasted bark flavors, though dried plum and minerality taste still shine through!
