This Taiwanese tea, a shan lin xi varietal, is from the Shanlinxi forest that peaks as high as 1,600 meters. The forest is surrounded by tea farmers and known for their five main waterfalls, the one being the Blue Dragon. This tea has been hand picked, rolled, and processed. It has a light to medium oxidation with more of a light roast. This has made for a buttery light, yet deep taste with a full body.
